I'm a visual artist living in Victoria BC Canada. I paint in either acrylic or oil in what is described as "a visit to a dream" style and/or Linnyism. To me, the visual world is a beautiful combination of colors, shapes and light swirling together in rhythmic patterns that feel like a mixture of Robert Gordon's "I Want to be Free" and Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World". When I paint I bring my interpretation of this beauty to the canvas. Welcome to Linnyland and thank-you for looking at my interpretations.

ReplyDeleteWhat a recipe for success!Great colour... as always... and the texture... delectable... with just a dash of racy movement!
Good Painting!

What exciting colour, and texture. Love this.
ReplyDeleteI don't even know how you do that texture in oil. In acrylic it would be easier.
Awesome.
